- Aventura, FL One Stop Nursing Registry, LLC is seeking an experienced, compassionate, and dependable Home Health Aide (HHA) or Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) for a new private-duty case in Aventura, FL.

Monday (Immediate Hire)Schedule:
Approximately 6-8 hour shifts daily (final schedule to be determined with the family)Pay:
$18.00 per hourLanguage Requirement:
Fluent in both English and Spanish (Required) Patient Care Responsibilities Provide one-on-one private-duty care Assist with ambulation and mobility Fall prevention and continuous safety monitoring Assist with transfers using proper body mechanics Personal care (bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting) Companionship and emotional support Observe and report changes in the patient's conditionPatient Information:
High fall-risk patient with a history of multiple falls Caregiver must be attentive, patient, compassionate, and experienced with mobility assistance and fall prevention Required Qualifications Current Florida HHA Certificate or Florida CNA License Bilingual (English & Spanish)- Required Minimum 1 year of professional caregiving experience (private duty, home health, assisted living, rehabilitation, or skilled nursing preferred) Experience caring for high fall-risk patients strongly preferred Current CPR/BLS Certification Current Level II AHCA Background Screening Current Health Statement (completed within the last 6 months) Current Physical Examination (completed within the last 6 months, if applicable) 2-Hour
