The ideal candidate is patient, professional, trustworthy, and committed to delivering high-quality, person-centered care while helping the client maintain dignity, comfort, and independence.

Compensation:
Competitive pay based on experience and qualifications Responsibilities Assist with activities of daily living (ADLs), including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and mobility. Provide companionship and emotional support. Prepare nutritious meals and assist with feeding when needed. Perform medication reminders. Monitor and report changes in the client's physical or emotional condition. Assist with transfers and ambulation while maintaining client safety. Perform light housekeeping related to the client's care, including laundry, meal cleanup, and maintaining a clean living environment. Accompany the client to medical appointments or community outings if needed. Maintain accurate daily care notes and communicate effectively with family members. Qualifications Current HHA certification or CNA license. Minimum of one year of experience providing elderly or home health care. Current CPR/First Aid certification preferred. Ability to pass a background check and provide professional references. Reliable, compassionate, respectful, and dependable. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Preferred Qualifications Previous live-in caregiving experience. Experience with dementia or Alzheimer's care is an asset. Bilingual (English/Spanish, English/French, or English/Creole) is a plus.
