We are currently looking for an active Florida Registered Nurse (RN) to join our team in a PRN/ on-call role. This position is ideal for a nurse with a strong hospital or clinical background who is interested in transitioning into aesthetic medicine and learning injectable procedures in a professional and supportive environment. This is not a full-time position. Hours are flexible and will vary depending on clinic needs, patient schedule, and staff coverage.

Responsibilities:

Assist the physician, nurse practitioner, or aesthetic provider during procedures Shadow and learn aesthetic injection techniques Help with patient preparation, consent forms, charting, and post-care instructions Maintain safety protocols, infection control standards, and accurate documentation Support clinic workflow and patient experience Perform procedures only according to training level, clinic protocols, Florida scope of practice, and appropriate supervision

Requirements:

Active Florida RN license (required) Minimum 1 year of hospital or clinical nursing experience Strong professionalism and communication skills Reliable, punctual, and flexible availability Interest in aesthetic medicine and long-term growth in the field Ability to work independently and as part of a team Preferred Qualifications (not required): Experience in ICU, ER, surgery, dermatology, plastic surgery, urgent care, or med spa Previous exposure to aesthetic medicine or injectable training
