Vi Living is seeking a compassionate CNA to provide hands-on care and support to residents in our luxury assisted living community on the full-time day shift. In this role, you will assist with bathing, grooming, dressing, toileting, and mobility, helping residents maintain independence, comfort, and dignity. You'll take vital signs, observe and report changes, and accurately document care. Working closely with nurses and caregivers, you'll build meaningful relationships while ensuring a safe, clean environment. Responsibilities Provide daily personal care including bathing, grooming, dressing, and toileting for assisted living residents Assist residents with safe transfers, ambulation, and use of mobility devices Measure and record vital signs, and promptly report changes in residents' conditions Support residents with meals, hydration, and basic nutritional needs Maintain accurate and timely documentation of care provided in charts or EHR systems Follow infection control, safety, and hygiene protocols to protect residents and staff Keep resident rooms and common areas clean, safe, and well-organized Communicate effectively with nurses, caregivers, residents, and families Support resident independence, dignity, and preferences in all care activities Participate in training, in-services, and team meetings to enhance skills and service quality Required Skills Resident personal care (bathing, grooming, dressing) Assistance with toileting and continence care Safe transfers and ambulation support Vital signs measurement and documentation Observation and reporting of resident condition changes Electronic health record or charting systems Infection prevention and control practices Basic restorative and mobility support Time management in a care setting Team collaboration with nurses and care staff
