Responsibilities include:

Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs), including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and mobility Answer resident call lights promptly and provide compassionate care Assist with meals, hydration, and daily routines Observe residents and report changes in condition to the nursing team Accurately document care provided Follow infection prevention and safety protocols Work closely with nurses and the interdisciplinary team to provide exceptional resident care Help create a warm, welcoming environment for residents and families What We're Looking For Current Florida CNA license in good standing Compassionate, dependable, and resident-focused Strong communication and teamwork skills Ability to work in a fast-paced healthcare environment Skilled Nursing or Long-Term Care experience is preferred but not required New graduates are encouraged to apply Why Brooksville Health Care Center?
