Brooksville Health Care Center is looking for a compassionate, energetic Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to join our Activities Department as a Part-Time Activities Assistant . If you love building relationships, planning fun experiences, and helping seniors stay active, engaged, and connected, this is the perfect opportunity. You'll work alongside our Activities Director to create memorable moments while using your CNA skills to support residents during programs and events. Schedule Part-Time Monday Wednesday Friday Every Other Weekend What You'll Do Assist with planning and leading engaging group and one-on-one activities Encourage resident participation while promoting independence and social interaction Help coordinate holiday celebrations, special events, games, crafts, music, outings, and themed activities Assist residents safely to and from activities using your CNA skills when needed Document resident participation according to facility guidelines Work closely with nursing, therapy, dietary, and other departments to enhance resident quality of life Foster a warm, welcoming, and positive environment for residents and families Ensure resident safety, dignity, and person-centered care during all activities What We're Looking For Active Florida CNA license (Required) Skilled Nursing or Long-Term Care experience preferred Friendly, outgoing personality with a passion for working with seniors Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Creative, dependable, and enthusiastic team player Ability to motivate and engage residents with a variety of physical and cognitive abilities Why Join Brooksville Health Care Center?
