WHAT YOU WOULD DO
Personal care: bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting and incontinence care Safe transfers, ambulation assistance, and Hoyer lift where trained Vital signs, intake and output, positioning and skin checks Meal preparation, feeding assistance and light housekeeping Medication reminders (reminders only) Companionship and supervision, including memory care Accurate documentation of every visit
REQUIREMENTS
Active Florida CNA certification OR Home Health Aide (HHA) certificate (75- hour minimum) One year of hands-on experience preferred; new certificate holders will be considered Level 2 background screening through the AHCA Clearinghouse (fingerprinting required) CPR certification in-person skills check required. TB screening and a health statement signed by a licensed provider within the last 6 months Notarized Affidavit of Good Moral Character Valid Florida driver's license and reliable, insured transportation Alzheimer's/dementia (ADRD) training free, we provide the links Completion of our orientation (7 acknowledgment forms plus a one-to-one meeting) Professional liability insurance, $1,000,000 per occurrence / $3,000,000 aggregate, carried in your own name.
