MedTech / CNA Full-Time/Part-Time/PRN

Position Summary We are seeking compassionate and dedicated Medication Technicians (MedTechs) and Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) to join our team all shift positions. In this role, you will provide high-quality care to residents while ensuring their safety, comfort, and well-being during your shift. Key Responsibilities Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs) such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting Administer medications in accordance with state regulations (MedTechs only) Monitor and document residents' health status and behavior changes Respond promptly to call lights and nighttime needs Maintain a clean, safe, and comfortable environment Provide emotional support and companionship to residents Communicate effectively with nursing staff and supervisors Qualifications CNA certification required (active and in good standing) MedTech certification (for Medication Technician role) Previous experience in long-term care, assisted living, or healthcare preferred Ability to work overnight shifts, including weekends and holidays as needed Strong communication and interpersonal skills Compassionate, reliable, and team-oriented Benefits (Full-Time May Include) Health, dental, and vision insurance Paid time off (PTO) (Full-Time only) Weekends shift differentials for overnight hours Opportunities for career growth and advancement Why Join Us?
