Essential Duties & Responsibilities Keep track of medicine count and r eport to ADRC when it is time to refill medications according to policies & procedures. Maintain MOR and ensure that it is correct & up-to-date. Assist in transporting residents to and from the dining room as needed. Qualifications Must have a Florida Certified Nursing Assistant certificate for at least 2 years. Must have a high school degree or equivalent. Current State of Florida Department of Elder Affairs - Assistance with Medications in ALF setting certification required. Current CPR certification required. Certified four (4) hour Med Pass course. Must be re-certified annually. Previous experience in a long-term care setting is preferred. Ability to speak, read and write in English required. Spanish preferred. Basic math skills required. The Ideal Candidate Responsible, always on time, resourceful, very accurate and detail-oriented. Flexible as to work schedule. Must be available to work on weekends, holidays & in emergencies. Must be able to work under pressure and multi-task. Self-motivated with a strong work ethic and the ability to work independently AND as a team member.
