What you'll do : Provide hands-on care and daily support to residents Assist with activities of daily living (bathing, dressing, eating, mobility) Record vital signs and observe residents' conditions Foster meaningful relationships with residents and families Work alongside licensed nurses and interdisciplinary teams Uphold resident dignity and deliver compassionate care
Requirements:
Valid Certified Nursing Assistant state certification in good standing in Florida required for this position. High School diploma or equivalent Previous experience in long-term care or a similar healthcare setting (preferred) Communication and teamwork skills Basic patient care competency skills Employer conducts drug screen reference check and background check

Salary:
