We are looking for a compassionate Home Health Aide or Certified Nursing Assistant to provide assistance in daily living and personal care services. Caregivers will provide 1-1 services in the patient's homes in accordance with an established care plan. Find a case that is compatible with your schedule. Part-Time and Full-Time openings available. Responsibilities:

Provide routine individualized care to the elderly, convalescents, or persons with developmental disabilities Monitor and report changes in client's status Assist with personal care, such as bathing and dressing patients Provide companion and homemaking care Provide specialized assistance such as medication reminders. Teach family members ways to care for their loved ones. Ensure client's safety.

Qualifications:

Must have a cleared Level 2 background and CPR. 2 yrs experience in home care, or other related fields Ability to handle physical workload Updated CEUs Must have a smart phone to input notes The position requires a clear Level 2 Background Check.
