Home Health Aides/Certified Nursing Assistants Requirements:

High School Diploma or equivalent Minimum 6 months experience Responsibililities Deliver non-skilled home health care services to Royal Health Care clients in accordance with individualized care plans. Assist clients with personal care needs, including bathing, grooming, oral hygiene, toileting and dressing. Support mobility and physical activities such as walking, transferring, repositioning and light exercises as directed. Prepare and assist with light housekeeping duties, including laundry, dishwashing, tidying living areas, and maintaining a clean and organized environment. Prepare and assist with light meal preparation according to dietary guidelines and client preferences. Provide companionship care by engaging clients in meaningful conversations, recreational activities, and social interaction to promote emotional well-being. Uphold client confidentiality and follow all company policies, procedures and safety regulations. EOE
