Job Summary We are seeking compassionate and dedicated Caregivers, HHAs, or CNAs to provide exceptional in-home care services. This role involves assisting clients with daily living activities, ensuring their safety, comfort, and well-being. The position requires availability on weekends, specifically Saturdays and Sundays from 8 am to 8 pm, to support clients during these hours. Candidates should be committed to delivering personalized care in a respectful and professional manner. Responsibilities Assist clients with activities of daily living such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and mobility support Provide companionship and emotional support to clients to promote mental well-being Monitor and report on clients' health status and any changes in condition Administer medication reminders or assistance as directed by healthcare professionals Perform light housekeeping tasks related to client care, including laundry and cleaning of personal spaces Ensure a safe environment by following safety protocols and assisting with fall prevention measures Document care provided and communicate effectively with family members or healthcare teams during scheduled hours on weekends Skills Compassionate nature with excellent interpersonal skills Ability to follow detailed care plans and instructions from healthcare professionals Strong communication skills for effective interaction with clients, families, and team members Reliable and punctual, especially for weekend shifts from 8 am to 8 pm on Saturdays and Sundays Basic knowledge of caregiving procedures, including medication reminders and safety protocols Physical ability to assist with mobility support and perform light housekeeping tasks Certification as a CNA or HHA is preferred but not mandatory; relevant experience is highly valued

Pay:
