Job Description

RN's, LPN's, CNA's and Certified HHA's needed for all shifts in the Nassau County areas for 1:1, in-home care.

• Referrals also available in Duval, Clay, and St. John's County areas We are seeking a dedicated and highly skilled Certified Nursing Professional to provide exceptional patient care across diverse healthcare settings. The ideal candidate will possess extensive clinical expertise, a compassionate approach, and a strong commitment to improving patient outcomes. This role offers an opportunity to work in a dynamic environment where your skills in medical documentation, patient care, and interdisciplinary collaboration will be valued and utilized to their fullest extent. The position is fully compensated and requires a proactive, detail-oriented individual committed to maintaining the highest standards of nursing practice. Certified Nursing Assistants and Certified Home Health Aides needed for hourly in-home care for 3-12 hour shifts for 1:1 care. PRN/as needed basis. Requirements below:

Valid Driver's License or Photo ID Social Security Card or Employment Tax ID Number FLORIDA RN, LPN, or CNA license, or Home Health Aide Certificate (75 hours minimum training) from a Florida Dept. of Education approved program Level 2 background screening with ACHA fingerprints -https://info.flclearinghouse.com/ Physical within (6) months that states you are

FREE OF COMMUNICABLE DISEASES

(cannot be signed by a Chiropractor) CPR (American Heart Association, American Red Cross, or American Safety & Health Institute)

HIV/AIDS

certificate (minimum 1 hour) Alzheimer's/Dementia Certificate (2 HOUR) approved by
