Job Summary We are seeking a compassionate, dependable, and professional Home Health Aide (HHA) / Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to provide high-quality personal care and support to clients in their homes. The ideal candidate is caring, patient, reliable, and committed to helping clients maintain their dignity, comfort, independence, and quality of life. Responsibilities Provide personal care and assistance with activities of daily living (ADLs) Assist clients with bathing, grooming, dressing, toileting, and personal hygiene Assist with mobility, transfers, positioning, and ambulation as needed Provide companionship and emotional support Assist with meal preparation and feeding when necessary Perform light housekeeping related to the client's care and safety Remind clients to take medications according to the established care plan Observe and report changes in the client's condition to the appropriate supervisor or healthcare professional Maintain a clean, safe, and comfortable environment for the client Follow the client's individualized care plan and company policies Maintain client privacy, confidentiality, and dignity at all times Complete required documentation and communicate care provided to the appropriate team members Qualifications Current HHA or CNA certification/license as required by state regulations Previous caregiving or home-care experience preferred CPR/First Aid certification preferred Ability to communicate effectively with clients, families, and care team members Reliable transportation and dependable attendance Ability to work independently while following a care plan Compassionate, patient, respectful, and professional attitude Ability to safely assist with physical activities and transfers as required Physical Requirements Ability to stand, walk, bend, kneel, and assist clients with mobility Ability to assist with transfers and repositioning Ability to perform light household and caregiving duties Ability to respond appropriately to clients' needs and changing conditions What We Offer Competitive pay Flexible scheduling Supportive management and care team Opportunities for additional hours Meaningful work helping clients remain safe and comfortable at home Opportunities for professional growth Equal Opportunity Statement We are committed to providing equal employment opportunities and maintaining a respectful, professional, and inclusive workplace.
