Job Description

Overview We are seeking a dedicated Nursing Assistant to join our healthcare team. The ideal candidate will assist in providing direct patient care under the supervision of registered nurses. This role offers an excellent opportunity to work in a dynamic healthcare environment and contribute to patient well-being.•
Responsibilities:
Deliver compassionate patient care in alignment with established care plans. Assist patients with daily activities, including bathing, feeding, and mobility support. Maintain accurate and detailed documentation in patient medical records. Work collaboratively with healthcare professionals to ensure high-quality care. Observe and report any changes in patient health to the nursing staff promptly. Provide empathetic support to pediatric patients and their families.
Experience:
Previous experience in a healthcare setting is preferred. Knowledge of medical terminology and healthcare procedures. Ability to safely lift and assist patients with mobility. Familiarity with infectious disease protocols and care standards. Understanding of human anatomy and physiology. Proficiency in aseptic techniques for infection prevention and control. Strong adherence to HIPAA regulations and patient confidentiality practices.

$18.00•$28.00 per hour
