We are seeking an experienced and motivated APRN or PA to join our growing team. This role offers the opportunity to provide direct patient care in a supportive, professional environment with a strong focus on patient outcomes, teamwork, and clinical excellence. Position Summary The APRN/PA will work collaboratively with physicians and other healthcare professionals to evaluate, diagnose, and manage patient care. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, highly organized, and passionate about providing comprehensive medical care to diverse patient populations. Key Responsibilities Conduct comprehensive patient assessments, including history-taking, physical exams, and diagnostic interpretation. Develop and implement patient management and treatment plans. Prescribe medications, therapies, and interventions in accordance with state and federal regulations. Order and interpret diagnostic tests and laboratory results. Provide patient education and counseling on treatment options, preventive care, and lifestyle modifications. Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and support staff to ensure coordinated and effective care delivery. Maintain accurate and timely documentation in the electronic medical record (EMR). Adhere to clinical protocols, best practices, and regulatory standards. Participate in quality improvement initiatives, staff training, and continuing education. Qualifications Master's degree in Nursing (APRN) or Physician Assistant (PA-C). Current and unrestricted Florida APRN or PA license. National certification (AANP, ANCC, NCCPA, or equivalent). Current DEA license (or eligibility to obtain). BLS and ACLS certification required. Minimum of 2 years of clinical experience preferred (primary care, urgent care, or specialty clinic). Strong interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills. Proficiency with EMR systems and technology-driven care. Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred but not required.
