Role:

We're seeking compassionate and dedicated Home Health Aides/CNAs to join our team and make a meaningful difference in the lives of our clients. You'll provide essential care and support in a home setting, ensuring comfort, safety, and dignity for every client.

Care Location/ Service Area:

University Blvd, Jacksonville, FL 32211

Compensation & Schedule:

Pay:

$15 per hour

Hours:

Part-time, 8 hours per week

Schedule:

Saturday & Sunday 6:00pm- 10:00 pm

Key Responsibilities:

Assist clients with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting. Provide companionship and emotional support to improve clients' quality of life. Monitor and document clients' health status and report changes to healthcare professionals. Offer medication reminders and support mobility or prescribed exercises. Prepare nutritious meals and assist with feeding when needed. Maintain a safe and clean home environment for clients. Communicate effectively with clients, families, and the care team. Follow all safety, health, and regulatory guidelines while providing care.

Experience/Qualifications:

Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) or Home Health Aide (HHA) certification required. Prior experience in home health care or a similar role is preferred. Strong interpersonal skills with a compassionate and patient demeanor. Ability to follow care plans accurately and maintain detailed records. Valid driver's license and reliable transportation. Current CPR and First Aid certification. Must pass background check and drug screening.
