Key Responsibilities Personal Care & Daily Living Assistance:

Assist with bathing, grooming, oral hygiene, and dressing Support toileting needs and incontinence care Help with mobility, transfers, and positioning (including use of assistive devices)

Health Monitoring & Support:

Observe and report changes in physical or mental condition to supervisor Assist with medication reminders (no administration unless certified and permitted) Take and record basic vital signs if required

Household Support:

Perform light housekeeping (laundry, dishes, tidying living areas) Prepare nutritious meals according to dietary restrictions Assist with grocery shopping and errands when needed

Companionship:

Provide conversation, emotional support, and engagement Encourage participation in activities and hobbies Accompany clients to appointments if required

Qualifications:

Valid Florida Driver's License Reliable Car and Car Insurance Physical (done within 6 months prior to registration) stating "free of communicable diseases" Level 2 Background Screening (Live Scan Fingerprinting) https://info.flclearinghouse.com Proof of Citizenship or legal status Social Security Card HHA Certificate/CNA License Valid CPR card from American Heart Association-Red Cross or Health & Safety Institute 4

CEUs:

HIV, OSHA, Assistance with Self-Administration of Medication/Medical Errors, Alzheimer's.
