HomeWell of Lake County & The Villages is seeking a compassionate and dedicated Certified Nursing Assistants (CNA), Caregivers and Home Health Aids (HHA) to provide essential support to individuals in their homes. The ideal candidate will assist clients with daily living activities, ensuring their comfort and well-being while promoting independence. This role requires a strong commitment to patient care, adherence to health regulations, and the ability to work effectively in a home environment. Why... Assist clients with mobility and transfers. Monitor and document patient observations, reporting any changes in condition. Prepare nutritious meals according to dietary restrictions and preferences. Maintain a clean and safe environment for clients by performing light housekeeping duties. Support clients in engaging with their community through social activities or appointments. Uphold confidentiality and adhere to HIPAA regulations at all times. Qualifications Previous experience in caregiving or home health care- 6 months of hands-on experience caring for seniors or disabled adults. Drivers license & Auto Insurance. Level 2 background screening Knowledge of senior care practices and home community care is advantageous. Certification in CPR is required. Ability to lift and assist patients safely, following proper techniques. Strong observational skills to recognize changes in patient conditions. Excellent communication skills for effective interaction with clients and families. A caring demeanor with a passion for helping others achieve their best quality of life.
