Role:

As a Certified Nursing Assistant at Lake Placid Health & Rehab, you will be responsible for: Providing direct care to residents, including assistance with activities of daily living (ADLs) such as bathing, dressing, and grooming Monitoring and reporting changes in residents' conditions to nursing staff Assisting with meals and snacks, as well as maintaining a clean and safe environment Encouraging resident participation in activities and promoting socialization and engagement Collaborating with the interdisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized care plans Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records of resident care and services provided
