Job Summary:

We are seeking a compassionate CNA/Home Health Aide to join our team in providing essential care to individuals in need. The ideal candidate will assist clients with daily living activities and ensure their well-being.

Responsibilities:

• Assist clients with personal care tasks, such as bathing, grooming, and dressing
• Provide medication reminders and assist with medication administration
• Prepare meals and ensure dietary needs are met
• Perform light housekeeping tasks to maintain a clean and safe environment
• Engage clients in activities that promote their physical and mental well-being
• Document care provided and report any changes in client's condition to the supervisor

Requirements:

• Experience in assisted living, nursing homes, or memory care facilities is preferred
• Knowledge of HIPAA regulations and maintaining client confidentiality
• Ability to provide compassionate care to individuals with dementia or memory care needs
• Strong communication skills to interact effectively with clients, families, and healthcare professionals
