- Each
PCA/HHA/CNA
is under the supervision of our Registered Nurses. A Plan of Care is to be followed during each shift, provided by the RN's.- Assist with activities of daily living, while still allowing the patient to be as independent as possible.
- Personal care tasks, including, but not limited to: bathing, dressing, grooming, and feeding.
- Companion care tasks, including, but not limited to: light housekeeping, meal prep, medication reminders, and socialization.

Requirements:
- Ability to pass a level II background check and work-related references
- In-person CPR certification
- Reliable transportation with a willingness to travel within the surrounding areas
