Job Description:

• Each

PCA/HHA/CNA

is under the supervision of our Registered Nurses. A Plan of Care is to be followed during each shift, provided by the RN's.

• Assist with activities of daily living, while still allowing the patient to be as independent as possible.
• Personal care tasks, including, but not limited to: bathing, dressing, grooming, and feeding.
• Companion care tasks, including, but not limited to: light housekeeping, meal prep, medication reminders, and socialization.
