What You Will Do Receives specific restorative nursing assignments from Restorative Nurse, or designee, or a discharging therapist. Perform duties as assigned in accordance with facilities policy and procedures. Assists with weighing residents according to facility policy, and records weight in designated locations. Assists with tracking the condition of splints/braces of residents who require them. Completes Point of Care documentation daily to indicate that the specified restorative nursing task was done.
