CNA / Med Tech - Part-Time & PRN Bayshore Guest Home & Gardens is seeking dependable, compassionate CNAs/Med Techs to join our assisted living team. We are currently hiring for part-time and PRN positions only .

Responsibilities:

Assist residents with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, feeding and mobility Assist residents with transfers and ambulation as needed Take and record vital signs Observe residents and promptly report changes in condition Maintain accurate documentation and resident records Provide compassionate care and emotional support to residents Work cooperatively with other staff members to provide quality resident care Administer medications as permitted and assigned for qualified Med Techs Follow facility policies, safety procedures and resident care plans Must be able to safely lift approximately 10-40 pounds and assist with resident transfers

Qualifications:

Current Florida CNA certification Med Tech certification preferred Previous assisted living or senior-care experience preferred Ability to communicate effectively with residents, families and staff Dependable and able to work scheduled shifts Strong attention to detail Ability to follow instructions and facility procedures Weekend flexibility required
