Role Overview As a Home Health Aide (HHA) / Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) at Homewatch CareGivers, you will provide exceptional in-home care to patients throughout Broward County, Florida . In this role, you will work closely with our care team to ensure each patient receives personalized, compassionate support tailored to their needs. This position offers part-time opportunities with flexible scheduling, including weekdays, weekends, and overnight shifts . Key Responsibilities Assist patients with activities of daily living (ADLs), including personal care, meal preparation, and medication reminders Provide companionship and emotional support, creating a safe and positive environment Monitor patients' condition and report any changes to the care team promptly Perform light housekeeping to help maintain a clean and safe living space Collaborate with the care team to implement individualized care plans Qualifications You're a great fit if you have the following: Valid Home Health Aide (HHA) or CNA certification in the state of Florida Strong English and Spanish communication skills Compassionate, patient, and service-oriented attitude Ability to work independently and as part of a team Reliable and punctual work ethic CPR certification Minimum of 12 non-expired in-service training hours Employment Type & Availability Flexible scheduling available Location (Broward County, FL) Why You'll Love Working Here At Homewatch CareGivers of Southwest Broward , we value integrity, compassion, and accountability.
