Join the Harmony House team as a vital member of our dedicated healthcare staff. Our beautiful small quiet hidden gem Assisted Living Facility in Ocala, Florida is undergoing exciting changes under new ownership and management. As a dedicated healthcare professional, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional care to our residents. This full-time position offers a competitive hourly rate of $15.5 - $16.49 , and a rewarding 12-hour shift schedule that includes Sundays, Mondays, and Tuesdays (7p-7a).Responsibilities:
Provide high-quality patient care and assistance with daily living activities Develop and implement personalized care plans in collaboration with residents, families, and healthcare team members Monitor and record vital signs, medications, and treatment plans Participate in ongoing education and training to stay current with industry best practices Uphold Langdon Hall of Bradenton's commitment to excellence and resident-centered care About theRole:
