Job Overview We are seeking compassionate and dedicated Caregivers, Home Health Aides (HHA), or Certified Nursing Assistants (CNA) to provide quality care to clients in a supportive and respectful environment. This role involves assisting individuals with daily activities, ensuring their safety, comfort, and well-being. The position offers an opportunity to make a meaningful difference in the lives of those you serve. The work hours are scheduled from 7 AM to 7 PM on Thursdays, Fridays, Saturdays, and Sundays. Duties Assist clients with activities of daily living such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and mobility support Provide companionship and emotional support to clients to promote mental well-being Monitor and report on clients' health status and any changes in condition Help with light housekeeping tasks related to client care, including laundry and maintaining a clean living environment Administer medication reminders as directed by healthcare professionals Ensure safety protocols are followed at all times to prevent accidents or injuries Support clients during meal preparation and feeding as needed Document care provided accurately and communicate effectively with family members and healthcare team Requirements Valid certification as a CNA or HHA preferred; relevant experience is a plus Compassionate nature with excellent interpersonal skills Ability to work independently and follow care plans diligently Strong communication skills for effective interaction with clients, families, and team members Reliable transportation may be required for client visits Availability to work scheduled hours from 7 AM to 7 PM on Thursdays through Sundays Must adhere to all safety guidelines and maintain confidentiality of client information Join our team if you are committed to providing compassionate care and making a positive impact in the lives of others.
