Flexible PRN Home Care | Palatka & Surrounding Area Looking for home care work that can fit around your availability? Concierge Care is expanding our Palatka-area caregiver team and is seeking qualified Certified HHAs and Florida CNAs for PRN client assignments. As additional clients are added, we want caregivers onboarded and ready to work throughout Palatka and nearby communities. Work One-on-One With Clients Instead of facility staffing, our caregivers provide personalized care in clients' homes. Assignments vary based on client needs and caregiver availability.

Opportunities may include:

Hear From You If You Are:

Dependable and reliable Comfortable providing care in a client's home Interested in PRN or recurring hours Able to travel to clients within the Palatka area Ready to complete onboarding for upcoming assignments Requirements Active Florida CNA license or a Certified HHA certificate issued by a Florida-licensed training school (prior experience with another agency does not qualify) Valid driver's license and proof of auto insurance CPR certification Social Security card A recent health statement (within 6 months) indicating you're free of communicable diseases

Completed CEUs:

2 hours Alzheimer's 1 hour

HIV/AIDS 2
