Responsibilities Assist patients with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs), including bathing, dressing, grooming, and mobility support. Provide direct patient care tailored to individual needs, ensuring comfort and safety at all times. Communicate effectively with patients, family members, and healthcare team members to coordinate care plans and address patient needs. Support patient transfer methods using proper techniques to prevent injury and ensure safety. Maintain strict confidentiality of patient information in accordance with healthcare privacy standards. Assist with patient transfers and mobility exercises as needed. Respond promptly to patient needs and emergencies, following established protocols. Support patients during meal times, medication reminders, and other daily routines as required. Uphold safety standards by following proper procedures during patient handling and care activities. Maintain a clean and safe environment for patients at all times.

Minimum 5 years of caregiving experience Must live in or near Palm Beach Gardens/Jupiter Reliable transportation required Available to work weekends Strong communication and professionalism Experience working with Care Managers is a PLUS! MUST have all documents ready and up to date including a valid CNA license or HHA certificate, CPR, Physical that states you are free of communicable diseases from a doctor (not a Chiropractor) that is no more than 6 months old, AHCA Level 2 background screening.
