You will build meaningful relationships with residents while providing hands-on assistance and compassionate support throughout their day. Responsibilities Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs) Support individualized care plans Assist with bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and personal care Assist residents with mobility, transfers, and ambulation Monitor and report changes in resident condition Document care and services provided Provide companionship and emotional support Maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming environment Work collaboratively with nurses and community leadership Help create meaningful experiences and engagement opportunities for residents Qualifications Previous Caregiver, CNA, PCA, HHA, Resident Assistant, or Resident Care Associate experience preferred Assisted Living, Memory Care, Skilled Nursing, Home Health, or Senior Living experience preferred Compassionate, dependable, and patient demeanor Strong communication and teamwork skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team Reliable attendance and strong work ethic Passion for serving seniors Ideal Candidates Are Compassionate and caring Dependable and reliable Positive and team-oriented Patient and understanding Passionate about helping seniors Committed to providing exceptional resident care What Our Associates Say "It truly feels like family at Charter."
