Seeking a compassionate, professional, and energetic HHA or CNA to provide respite care assistance for an adult male with disabilities. We are looking for someone who is professional, patient, outgoing, and dependable and enjoys creating a positive and engaging environment. The client receiving care enjoys interacting with people. Responsibilities Provide compassionate respite care and companionship Assist with daily activities and routines as needed Provide a safe, supportive, and engaging environment Communicate professionally with the individual and family Follow care instructions and maintain a respectful, person-centered approach Qualifications HHA or CNA certification preferred/required, as applicable Bilingual Spanish-speaking preferred Experience working with individuals with disabilities is a plus Must be reliable, patient, energetic, and compassionate Strong communication and interpersonal skills Must maintain professionalism, confidentiality, and respect at all times We are looking to staff this position immediately and are seeking a dependable caregiver who is ready to provide quality, compassionate support.
