Responsibilities Assist patients with daily activities such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and mobility using equipment like Hoyer lifts and other assistive devices. Support medication administration under supervision, adhering strictly to HIPAA regulations and aseptic techniques to maintain patient safety. Maintain infection control standards by practicing proper aseptic techniques and managing infectious disease protocols. Support patients during transfers and mobility using equipment like Hoyer lifts or wheelchairs while ensuring safety protocols are followed. Document all patient interactions accurately in medical records and ensure compliance with healthcare regulations such as HIPAA. Skills Proven experience working as a CNA in settings such as hospitals, nursing homes, assisted living facilities, or home health environments.
