Caregiver / Resident Care Job Overview We are seeking a reliable, professional, compassionate, and detail-oriented caregiver to provide quality care and support to our residents. Qualifications & Requirements

; females are welcome to apply. Must be comfortable and experienced with maximum-assist residents. Must have strong professional communication and interpersonal skills. Must be teachable, dependable, and willing to learn. Must have basic knowledge of Microsoft Word To chart on Must be comfortable taking vital signs and blood glucose levels And medication observation Must be able to recognize when something is different or concerning about a resident's condition and promptly report changes to the appropriate person. Must know and demonstrate safe transfer techniques, including assisting residents with mobility and transfers. Must be able to prepare meals and assist residents with daily activities. Must be attentive to detail, cleanliness, safety, and resident needs. Must be able to provide care and supervision for up to six residents. Must maintain a professional, respectful, and caring attitude at all times. Ideal Candidate The ideal candidate is someone who is patient, observant, responsible, hands-on, and comfortable working with residents who require significant assistance. The ability to recognize changes in a resident and communicate concerns promptly is especially important. Experience in senior care, assisted living, memory care, or caregiving is preferred. Prior experience working as a CNA, HHA, or in personal care coordination is highly preferred Experience in hospital settings such as ICU (Intensive Care Unit), emergency medicine, or acute care environments is advantageous Familiarity with EMR/EHR systems and HIPAA compliance is essential for maintaining confidentiality and accurate recordkeeping Background working with individuals from diverse cultural backgrounds demonstrates strong client communication skills Experience in hospice or behavioral health services adds valuable insight into comprehensive patient support This role has opportunity for advancement
