Responsibilities Assist patients with activities of daily living such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and mobility support using equipment like Hoyer lifts when necessary. Monitor and record vital signs accurately, including blood pressure, temperature, pulse, and respiration rates. Provide specialized care for individuals with dementia or Alzheimer's disease, including memory care techniques and behavioral health management. Care for client with medical procedures like catheter care, phlebotomy preparation, and aseptic techniques to maintain infection control standards. Assist with Client daily living activities such as bathing, personal care, brushing, sweeping, dusting, vacuuming. Support patients with developmental disabilities or behavioral health needs in community or facility-based settings. Able to use Hoyer lifts and lift up to up to 50 pounds. Qualifications Valid certification as a CNA or HHA with current state licensure or registration, CPR and other Certification. Experience working in diverse healthcare environments including hospitals, nursing homes, assisted living facilities, or home care. Demonstrated ability to work with individuals with disabilities or complex health conditions like infectious diseases or trauma cases. Strong communication skills combined with a compassionate attitude toward patient care. Ability to perform physically demanding tasks including lifting using equipment like Hoyer lifts and standing for extended periods.
