Position Summary Matrix Home Care is seeking reliable and compassionate Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) and Home Health Aides (HHAs) for per diem home care assignments throughout Broward County. This role provides one-on-one support to clients in their homes. Available assignments may include daytime, evening, overnight, weekday, and weekend shifts. Responsibilities Assist clients with bathing, dressing, grooming, and personal hygiene Support mobility, transfers, repositioning, and ambulation Assist with meal preparation and feeding Provide medication reminders Perform light housekeeping and laundry Offer companionship and emotional support Observe and report changes in the client's condition Document care provided accurately and on time Follow the client's care plan and agency policies Benefits Competitive pay of $18 per hour Weekly pay through direct deposit Flexible per diem scheduling Day, evening, overnight, weekday, and weekend opportunities One-on-one care in the client's home Opportunity to accept assignments based on availability and preferred service area Support from the local branch and clinical team Opportunities for additional cases and ongoing work
