Job Description
Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) - PRN The Palms at Sebring is seeking dependable and compassionate Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) to join our nursing team on a PRN (as-needed) basis. This position is ideal for CNAs looking for scheduling flexibility while maintaining an active and reliable commitment to our facility and residents. PRN Scheduling Requirements All PRN CNAs are expected to meet the following minimum scheduling requirements: Work a minimum of two (2) shifts per month. Maintain an active and current Florida CNA certification . Provide availability in accordance with facility scheduling procedures. PRN employees are expected to assist with coverage based on facility staffing needs and their submitted availability. Once a PRN employee accepts or is scheduled for a shift, the employee is expected to work the shift as scheduled . Repeated call-offs, late arrivals, no-call/no-shows, or failure to meet the minimum PRN shift requirement may result in removal from the PRN schedule and/or termination of employment. PRN status does not guarantee a specific number of hours or shifts beyond shifts offered and accepted based on facility needs. Additional shifts may be available based on census, call-offs, vacations, leaves of absence, and other staffing needs. CNA Responsibilities As a CNA, you will provide direct resident care under the supervision of licensed nursing staff.
