Caring People is hiring dependable Home Health Aides (HHAs) and Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) for day shifts in private homes and care facilities. Choose from short or long shifts to fit your schedule! Shifts Available Day shifts only Short shifts (e.g., 4-6 hours) and long shifts (e.g., 8-12 hours) In-home and facility cases What You'll Do Provide compassionate, one-on-one care to clients in their homes or care facilities Assist with activities of daily living (ADLs), including bathing, grooming, dressing, and toileting Provide medication reminders Assist with transfers, mobility, and repositioning as needed Help with meal preparation and light housekeeping Monitor and report changes in clients' health or behavior to the care team Follow care plans and instructions from healthcare providers Build trust and rapport with clients and their families What We're Looking For Active HHA certificate or Florida CNA certification 2 years of caregiving experience preferred Comfortable with all ADLs and transfers Valid government-issued ID Dependable, patient, and compassionate What We Offer Weekly pay Early pay access through ZayZoom, so you can get your earnings before payday Flexible scheduling: pick the shifts that work for you Healthcare benefits package for full-time employees Paid educational in-services Employee discount program 24/7 clinical and administrative support About Caring People At Caring People, this work is more than a job.
