Now Hiring CNAs & HHAs - Home Care Aides | $15-$16 Per Hour Olson Healthcare, LLC dba BrightStar Care of Tampa & Sun City and dba BrightStar Care of Pasco County is seeking compassionate, dependable Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) and Home Health Aides (HHAs) to provide one-on-one care for pediatric and adult clients in their homes.

Pay:

$15-$16 per hour for all cases. We have weekday, evening, overnight, and weekend openings. Opportunities include short shifts and longer schedules to fit your availability.

Available Locations & Shifts Apollo Beach:

Monday-Friday, 2 PM-7 PM. Start time may be flexible, but no later than 3 PM. Consistent weekly availability needed; Spanish-speaking caregivers preferred.

Brandon:

Tuesday and Thursday, 8 AM-4 PM; Saturday, 9 AM-2 PM.

Plant City:

Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, and Friday, 7 AM-6 PM. Ongoing availability required.

Port Richey:

Monday-Friday, 4 PM-10 PM; Saturday and Sunday, 8 AM-4 PM.

Riverview:

Saturday and Sunday, 10 AM-3 PM.

Spring Hill:

Wednesday, Friday, Saturday, and Sunday, 5 PM-11 PM or 6 PM-12 AM.

Sun City Center:

Early morning shifts Monday-Friday, 6 AM-8 AM; additional Monday, Thursday, and Friday shifts, 2:30 PM-7:30 PM or 3:30 PM-7:30 PM, depending on the day.

Tampa:

Saturday, 8 AM-2 PM; every other Saturday and Sunday, 11 AM-2 PM; Tuesday-Friday, 2:15 PM-7:15 PM; Wednesday, 10 AM-12 PM. Openings vary by client.

Valrico:

Friday, 1:30 PM-7:30 PM; Saturday, 9:30 AM-12:30 PM.

Wesley Chapel:

Friday, 3:30 PM-9:30 PM; Saturday and Sunday, 9 AM-10 PM; every other Saturday overnight, 7 PM-5 AM or 10 PM-7 AM; Sunday, 5 PM-10 PM; Thursday, 3:30 PM-5:30 PM. Additional flexible hours are pending confirmation.

Zephyrhills:

Sunday, 8:30 AM-4:30 PM. Ongoing availability required. Experience with pediatric care, developmental disabilities, personal care, and safe transfers is especially welcome. Responsibilities Assist with bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and other daily activities. Provide mobility assistance and safe transfers according to the care plan. Assist with meals and daily routines as directed. Offer companionship while maintaining a safe, respectful home environment. Report changes in the client's condition and complete timely care documentation. Follow the individualized care plan and communicate professionally with families and the care team. Required Qualifications Current CNA license or HHA certificate. At least one year of hands-on caregiving experience. Current CPR card. Valid driver's license and Social Security card.
