Key Responsibilities Provide compassionate, direct bedside care to residents, including assistance with activities of daily living (ADLs) such as bathing, grooming, dressing, and dining. Monitor and record vital signs, weight, and fluid intake/output as directed. Reposition residents regularly and ensure safe mobility support using proper lifting techniques. Maintain a clean, safe, and comfortable resident environment. Communicate any changes in resident condition promptly to the nursing staff. Foster a warm, respectful, and homelike atmosphere for residents and their families. Qualifications & Requirements Active Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification in the State of Florida. Current CPR/BLS certification.
