Float Pool - assignments may vary based on patient care and staffing needs Under the direction of the Director/Manager and Registered Nurses, the Nursing Assistant Float Pool supports patient care by providing basic physical care and nursing procedures, assisting with patient comfort measures, and maintaining a clean, safe and organized patient environment. Qualifications Minimum Qualifications π Education High School Diploma or GED required Post-high school specialized training preferred π Licensure & Certification Florida Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) license preferred
Preferred:
Two (2) years of recent acute care experience in a hospital setting. BLS required β Additional Requirements Must be able to read, write, speak and understand
