Advanced Practice Registered Nurse (APRN) or Physician Assistant (PA) - Family Practice Total MD is seeking a full-time Advanced Practice Registered Nurse (APRN) or Physician Assistant (PA) to join our growing Primary Care team in West Palm Beach, Florida . As a Family Practice Provider, you will work collaboratively with our physicians and interdisciplinary healthcare team to provide comprehensive primary care services for patients of all ages. Responsibilities include conducting preventive and wellness visits, diagnosing and treating acute and chronic medical conditions, ordering and interpreting diagnostic testing, developing individualized treatment plans, and promoting preventive healthcare. Providers are expected to deliver compassionate, evidence-based care while supporting Total MD's mission, vision, and values.

Minimum Job Requirements/Knowledge:

Current license, APRN or PA-C in Florida Knowledge of eClinical Works a plus! Bilingual (Spanish) a plus!

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

Accountable for maintaining current knowledge and skills in order to facilitate a high quality of clinical performance and to promote professional growth. Models professional, verbal and written, communication with the interdisciplinary team members involved in the ongoing management of patients to optimize patient outcomes. Responsible for coding and charting daily progress notes, coordinating clinical care, writes orders, monitors and performs other necessary procedures consistent with APRN/PA education and experience within the framework of an established protocol.
