Job Overview In Home Personal Services is seeking a compassionate, dependable caregiver, Home Health Aide (HHA) or Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to join our care team. We are seeking experienced and non-experienced individuals who want flexible scheduling, part-time, per diem, and additional work opportunities for this position, training and certification will be provided upon request. In this role, you will provide personalized non-medical and basic health support to clients in their private residences. You will work closely with our clinical team and follow individualized care plans to ensure our clients maintain their safety, dignity, and comfort at home. Your enthusiasm and proactive approach will help create positive experiences for those under your care, ensuring their well-being and improved quality of life everyday. Key Responsibilities Personal Care Mobility & Transfers Light Meal Preparation Light Housekeeping Medication Support Health Monitoring Reporting & Documentation Companionship Qualifications & Requirements Certification:

Active state HHA certificate (40+ hours) or valid Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) license. We will train and provide certification for non-certified candidates.

CPR/First Aid:

Current CPR/BLS certification from the American Red Cross or American Heart Association.

Experience:

All experience levels welcome

Background Check:

Ability to pass a comprehensive background screening (Level 2 where applicable) and drug test.

Transportation:

Valid driver's license, reliable personal vehicle, and current auto insurance. (not required)

Physical Requirements:

Ability to stand, bend, stoop, and safely lift or transfer clients (up to 50-100 lbs) as needed.

Communication Skills:

Excellent interpersonal communication skills, deep empathy, and a true passion for serving others.
