HOMECARE RESCUE LLC

is looking for a compassionate and dedicated Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to join our home health team in Wesley Chapel, FL. This is a rewarding opportunity to make a real difference in patients' lives by delivering personalized, one-on-one care right in the comfort of their homes. Responsibilities:

Provide direct patient care including bathing, grooming, dressing, and personal hygiene assistanceMonitor and record patient vital signs, reporting changes in condition to supervising nursesAssist patients with mobility, transfers, and ambulation to promote safety and independenceSupport patients with meal preparation, feeding assistance, and nutritional monitoringPerform light housekeeping and maintain a clean, safe home environment for patientsDocument care activities accurately and maintain up-to-date patient recordsBuild trusting relationships with patients and families, providing emotional support and companionship

Requirements:

Active and valid CNA certification in the state of FloridaPrior experience in home health, personal care, or a related healthcare setting preferredReliable transportation and valid driver's license to travel to patient homes in Wesley Chapel and surrounding areasStrong communication skills and ability to work independently with minimal supervisionCompassionate, patient-centered approach with a genuine desire to help othersAbility to perform physical tasks including lifting, bending, and assisting with patient transfersCPR/First Aid certification preferred
