Job Description
Job Summary Noble Care at Home is seeking compassionate, dependable, and professional Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) to provide high-quality personal care and supportive services to adults and seniors in the comfort of their homes. The CNA works under appropriate supervision and assists clients with activities of daily living while promoting safety, dignity, comfort, independence, and quality of life . The ideal candidate is reliable, attentive, respectful, and committed to treating every client with compassion. Essential Duties and Responsibilities The CNA's responsibilities may include: Assist clients with bathing, grooming, dressing, oral hygiene, and toileting. Provide assistance with mobility, ambulation, transfers, and positioning. Assist with feeding and meal preparation as outlined in the client's plan of care. Provide incontinence care and maintain proper hygiene. Observe and promptly report changes in the client's condition, behavior, skin integrity, appetite, mobility, or overall well-being. Measure and document vital signs when assigned and within the CNA's permitted scope. Provide medication reminders or medication assistance only as permitted by law, agency policy, and the client's plan of care. Assist with light housekeeping and maintaining a clean and safe client environment. Provide companionship and meaningful social interaction. Follow fall-prevention, infection-control, and other client-specific safety precautions. Accompany or transport clients to appointments and errands when assigned and authorized. Accurately complete required documentation before the end of each shift. Immediately report falls, injuries, suspected abuse or neglect, medication concerns, emergencies, or other significant incidents. Maintain client confidentiality and privacy at all times. Follow the client's individualized plan of care and all Noble Care at Home policies and procedures. Perform other appropriate duties as assigned within the employee's training, competency, and permitted scope.
