Overview We are seeking compassionate PCA/CNA caregivers to provide essential care and support to individuals in the comfort of their home. You will play a vital role in enhancing the quality of life for those requiring assistance with daily activities. Duties Assist clients with personal care tasks, such as bathing, grooming, and toileting Provide companionship and emotional support Provide medication reminders Help with household chores and meal preparation Monitor and report changes in client's health status Accompany clients to appointments and outings Experience 1 year experience in assisted living, home care, hospice care, or nursing home settings is preferred Ability to lift and transfer clients safely Proficiency in taking vital signs and understanding medical terminology Experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities or dementia is a plus Must have reliable transportation Must be dependable and punctuale Knowledge of behavior management techniques Strong focus on patient care and well-being All candidates must be able to pass a criminal background check This position offers the opportunity to make a meaningful impact on the lives of others while gaining valuable experience in the healthcare field.
