Their primary role is to ensure the client's safety, comfort, dignity, and overall well-being while promoting as much independence as possible. Personal Care Assistance Assist with bathing, grooming, oral care, and hygiene Assist with dressing and undressing Provide toileting and incontinence care Assist with ambulation, transfers, and fall prevention Support with range-of-motion exercises as directed Meal Preparation & Nutrition Prepare and serve meals according to dietary needs Assist with feeding if needed Monitor food and fluid intake Clean kitchen area after meal preparation Medication Support Provide medication reminders (as permitted by state regulations) Observe and report medication concerns to supervisor Companionship Provide emotional support and conversation Encourage engagement in activities Accompany client to appointments or errands (if assigned) Light Housekeeping Laundry and linen changes Make bed and tidy living areas Clean bathroom and kitchen used by client Take out trash Safety & Monitoring Monitor changes in condition Ensure a safe home environment Follow care plan and infection control guidelines Report concerns promptly to supervisor or family Documentation Complete daily care notes accurately and timely manner Report incidents, falls, or changes in condition immediately

$13.00 - $15.00 per hour
