Provide support in various settings including Level I Trauma Centers, critical care units, assisted living facilities, and operating rooms (OR). Collaborate with nursing staff to ensure comprehensive patient care. Respond promptly to patient calls and needs, ensuring comfort and safety. Maintain cleanliness and organization in patient areas. Requirements Previous experience in geriatrics or acute care settings is preferred. Familiarity with medical records management and electronic health record systems is a plus. Ability to lift patients safely and assist with mobility needs. Strong communication skills to effectively interact with patients, families, and healthcare team members. Compassionate demeanor with a genuine desire to help others. Certification as a Nursing Assistant (CNA) or equivalent training is required.
