We are currently seeking a compassionate and dedicated Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to join our team at Elderville Assisted Living & Memory Care. The Certified Nursing Assistant position provides quality care to residents; implements specific procedures and programs; reports pertinent information to the immediate supervisor; responds to inquiries or requests for information; and assists the immediate supervisor with tasks to support department operations. As a CNA, you will ensuring a safe, supportive, and caring environment for all residents.

Responsibilities:

Assist residents with daily activities, such as bathing, dressing, grooming, feeding, housekeeping, laundering etc. Monitor resident vital signs, report any changes to nursing staff or to the immediate supervisor. Assist with resident mobility, including transferring and repositioning. Perform various housekeeping duties related to resident care Maintain a clean and safe environment for residents, including bed making and tidying rooms. Provide emotional support to residents and their families. Document resident care and progress in accordance with facility policies. Assist staff members with various clerical tasks as needed. Respond to residents calls and requests for assistance in a timely and compassionate manner. Reports to the immediate supervisor for any observations and pertinent information related to the resident's care. Maintains confidentiality of all resident information. Adhere to professional standards, follow policies and procedures and abide by federal, state, and local requirements. Assist other staff members as needed and perform other related duties as assigned or requested.

Requirements:

Must current Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certificate in Georgia. CPR and First Aid Certified (or willingness to obtain). Basic Life Support (BLS) certification preferred. High school diploma or equivalent. Strong interpersonal and communication skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment. Prior experience in a healthcare setting.
