About us Creating Magical Memories LLC (CMM) is a home healthcare agency, passionate about serving families with unique challenges and creating magical memories. We offer personalized services for children with physical, behavioral and/or mental disabilities by providing personal care services with loving support. CMM is a State Accredited agency by the Georgia Department of Community Health and is licensed by the Georgia. We have an immediate need for a Behavior Aide to provide services for our client in the Cumming, GA area. Please only apply if you can work on a weekday for any variation of the schedule and can start as soon as possible: Part Time (in-home) Monday through Friday between 2:00pm-9:00pm Part Time (occasionally) Saturday between 9:30am - 4:30pm We offer a very competitive hourly rate! Summary of Responsibilities We're seeking a patient, caring, professional, and dependable CNA or RBT to work 1:1 with clients diagnosed on the autism spectrum. The CNA will provide direct client services and is primarily responsible for the direct implementation of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) protocols and will be trained on how to properly administer the care plan. o Travel to the client's home to provide direct care utilizing applied behavior analysis protocols under the supervision of a BCBA. o Manage challenging behaviors that occur and assist with the implementation of coping skills and therapeutic intervention. o Accurately collects behavior data during direct observations using data collection systems. o Assists in the monitoring (e.g., data collection and data entry) and adjustment of routine behavioral assessments and protocols. o Utilizes safe and appropriate handling, management, and guidance procedures when transporting or working with clients. o Attends team supervision meetings and required trainings.
